“Crepe on Two Sides” with Air Drying Thanks to Original Paper Production Technology
In the standard paper production process, the paper is dried with a heating roller and in this process, the crepe, that is, the layer that provides the height, is pressed on one side of the paper. On the other hand, CAFEC papers are subjected to pressurized hot air drying process instead of pressing with the standard process. Thus, the height of the crepes on both sides is maintained. Thanks to the balance of the heights of the Two-Sided Crepe, almost all ground coffee particles adhere to the pancake. In this way, you can enjoy a clean cup of coffee without sludge. What’s more, the Two-Sided Crepe ensures a smooth flow of water.
