The V-60 dripper/pourovers have a new feature that allows for different pouring rates, allowing for greater water flow. Designed with a concave principle, the bottom area of the dripper actually increases rather than slowing down the brewing, making the water flow more uniform and the extraction more homogeneous.
There are 3 levels in the design:
A Layer – Sealing – With the filter paper completely adhered to the flat top of the dripper, water cannot pass through the gaps.
Tier B – Brewing – where the brewing process should happen.
Layer C – Coffee bed – ground coffee will fill the lower area with fewer obstructions and more channels to promote water flow, thus reducing the possibility of over-extraction.
Material: Highly insulated sodium calcium glass, plastic. Removable base.
