Our search; especially for those who don’t like main espresso and high acidity filter coffees, it was to choose a coffee that always felt clean and light, which would also suit espresso-based drinks with milk. This coffee should also be a coffee that can be easily calibrated and the calibration cost will be budget-friendly…
In our Sucafina tasting session for the selection, “this is it!” it was the coffee we called!
Brazilian Pink Star is included in our selection in two different profiles, both as a main espresso and a filter. In addition to this coffee, which we have determined as the main espresso due to its classic espresso flavors, we also have an alternative espresso roast coffee on our list, with a more acidic and slightly tea-like body. As you can guess from the price, this coffee is a cooperative coffee. Honey is processed and consists of various varieties Brazilian Pink Star. If you notice on the Sucafina site, “Pulped Natural” is written for the type of process, Pulped Natural means natural with the peel removed, that is, another expression of the Honey Process.
A calm but delicious filter for those who do not like acidity, where you will find hazelnut and tobacco in the scent, light apricot, hazelnut and tobacco notes in the flavor of Brazilian Pink Star’s espresso profile; As espresso, we wanted to offer you a pleasant coffee with a fuller body, darker notes, and suitable for milk drinks. We loved it, we hope you will too! 😊
Enjoy!
*We recommend a gas release period of at least 1.5-2 weeks for the filter profiles of our coffees.

This Brazil Pink Star Espresso has been one of my favorite go tos for espresso at home. Delicious hints of Apricot and a smooth hazelnut note.
