We have been working for about two and a half to three months to select the 2022 Harvests for our premium coffee selection. In our Sucafina tasting sessions, the only coffee that shines brightly in terms of aroma and taste on the table was the Anaerobic Natural Pacamara, produced by Alonso Bustos. This coffee became the favorite of everyone who attended the tasting.

Processing of Coffee:


Only well-ripened cherries are picked by hand and left for fermentation and processing for the production of quality coffee at harvest time.
Picked Pacamara cherries are fermented anaerobically for 120 hours in sealed bags. After fermentation, the cherries are dried by mixing regularly on beds covered with awnings for drying.
Colombian Alonso Bustos Mirador is a very clear, literally lively and very enjoyable coffee offering notes of pineapple, cherry, liqueur, pineapple, green apple and green grapes in flavor.
